Ask Yourself, How Could I Perform Better?
Ask yourself: What 3 elements of skill execution could improve I improve upon today? What are my 3 biggest mental strengths today? What mental areas do I wish to improve upon tomorrow? Write These down? Take one challenge area, and establish an objective for your practice today. Make a commitment to yourself “today” to walk off the practice field having moved one step closer to mastery of this skill. Be singularly focused on working toward mastery each and every day.
Each and every day when you answer the above questions and set your goals for the next day be sure to reward yourself for taking the action needed to improve your game, both on a technical and mental level! Most importantly allow yourself the time to become familiar with your new practice or routine which include techniques to improve your mental toughness.
